The dining room
Low light, dark wood, and enough distance between tables that you can hear the person opposite you. This is where dinner service runs.
The terrace
Open to the evening, warm underfoot, and the reason people stay for a third drink. Kigali cools down at night and the terrace is the best seat for it.
The long table
One piece of timber down the middle of the room. Birthdays, company dinners, rehearsal dinners, and the occasional negotiation.
