In Filipino, and in a good many other languages besides. The founders wanted one place in Rwanda to eat this food properly, and one place, a long way from home, that tasted like it.

The name

Kultura means culture, in Filipino and in a good many other languages. The point was never subtle.

A fusion of Asian cuisines, cooked by someone who learned them one kitchen at a time.

Indoor and outdoor, low light, a long table, and a bar that stays busy until midnight.

Noon until midnight, seven days. Lunch is quiet. It does not stay that way.
